Now I want to present my new Twingo 1.2 16V INITIALE, manufacture date : February 2002.
The Twingo Initiale is equipped with all the features you can emagine: Almond pearlescent metallic paint, "Hydra" 14 Inch light alloy wheels, fog-lights, ABS, four airbags, air conditioning, electric windows and door mirrors, remote control centralised locking, power assisted steering, a glass sunroof and Almond leather upholstery (on seat covers, inner-door coverings and the steering wheel).
I bought my second Twingo, a blue méthyl Twingo Elite (manufacture date : October 1997), as a second-hand in January 1999 with a mileage of 10'000 km, so it was almost a new one ! The Twingo Elite was equipped with the 'Comfort package', which means in The Netherlands the electric windows, mirrors and remote central door locks. Because it was a 'série limitée' it also had power steering, an open roof and a special velours upholsery with a rotan design.
My first Twingo was a rouge nacre, year of manufacture : 1993, wich I bought in February 1997. Eversince I used these car as my everyday car for work, travels and shopping. I drove over 120'000 km with it before I bought my second Twingo.
